Eliminating the case backlog and maintaining it in the future will be helpful in the countrys criminal justice administration. Delays cost the country money and time and can add greatly to the expense for lawyers, causing hardship for the accused, which is not a desirable conduct by any standard. The Topic The research will basically tackle the problem of delays in criminal trials in Saudi Arabia. This will be through via two main methods, comparative analysis of speedy trial laws and policies in other nations as well as through surveys from individuals involved in the pitching of justice in Saudi Arabia.
